Head-Royce School, a vibrant and diverse K–12 community of approximately 900 students in Oakland, CA, seeks a courageous and innovative administrator to join its K–8 leadership team as the inaugural K–8 Director of Equity and Community. Reporting directly to the K–12 Dean of Equity and Community, this role works closely with the Lower and Middle School Directors, and the K–8 Director of Teaching and Learning to advance HRS's equity and inclusion goals across K–8. This newly established role will focus on sustaining a culture of belonging for all students in the Lower and Middle Schools, which serve nearly 500 students and over 70 faculty and staff.
