All Saints Episcopal School is seeking a Director of Learning Support to lead the visionary new school within a school , The Learning Center at All Saints , dedicated to serving bright, capable students who learn differently. Designed for students in grades 1–8 with average to advanced cognitive ability who perform within the spectrum of dyslexia or other language-based learning differences, this program will provide a comprehensive, research-based education that fosters academic confidence, emotional growth, and spiritual wholeness. The Director of Learning Support will serve as the founding leader of this new initiative, developing the program’s framework, recruiting and mentoring a team of highly trained teachers, designing curriculum, establishing systems for student success, and guiding families through the process with wisdom and compassion.
