Position Overview The Dean of Student Life is an inspiring educator and leader who provides visionary direction for student life at Miss Hall’s School. The Dean spearheads the design and delivery of mission-aligned and innovative programs that develop vision, voice, interpersonal efficacy and gumption and promote a joyful and connected student experience. The Dean oversees athletics, co-curricular activities, residential life, discipline, and supervises the student life team.
