Position: The Park School of Baltimore seeks a Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion starting July 1, 2025. This is a full-time, 12-month, Pre-K-12 senior administrative position that promotes the school's longstanding commitment to ensuring that all students, families, and employees feel valued and supported at Park. Working with other administrators and faculty, the Director is responsible for identifying and assessing areas of specific need, for building capacity to address those areas through strong partnerships and shared responsibility, and for implementing actions needed to build and sustain an inclusive, welcoming community. We seek a community builder who can assist Park in realizing the democratic vision implicit in its founding as a progressive institution and reaffirmed by the school's most recent Strategic Plan.
