OVERVIEW
Nestled amid our nation's Historic Triangle, Williamsburg, Virginia, is a scenic town filled with colonial history and home of the first legislative assembly in the original thirteen British American colonies, Virginia's House of Burgesses Presidents George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, James Monroe, William Henry Harrison, John Tyler, Zachary Taylor, and Thomas Woodrow Wilson called Virginia home. The cradle of the history of the United States of America rests in and around Williamsburg, Virginia.

The city of Williamsburg welcomes thousands of tourists each year and is a safe community in which to raise children. Williamsburg is located in the upper peninsula of southeastern Virginia and is approximately two hours southeast of Washington, D.C., one hour west of Virginia Beach, Two Hours from the Outer Banks, less than one hour east of Richmond, ninety minutes east of Charlottesville, and a few hours east of Roanoke, the Shenandoah mountains, and Virginia Tech.

Williamsburg Christian Academy (WCA) is a dually accredited, independent, non-denominational Christian school founded in 1978 as a ministry of the Williamsburg New Testament Church. Its mission was to provide Christian families with a Christian education and disciple students for Christ. WCA grew and transitioned in the early nineties to become a community-based Christian school and was no longer associated with a local church. In 2004, Williamsburg Christian Academy moved into its 68,000 sq. ft facility and forty-five acres on School House Lane. Today, WCA ministers the Williamsburg community, shepherding students from more than forty denominations, and is spiritually diverse and evangelistic focus as it seeks an experienced Head of School to lead its next phase of growth beginning on June 1, 2025.
