The Town School, Assistant Head of Lower and Nursery School

The Town School is a 112-year-old, coeducational Nursery through 8th Grade school on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Town embraces high academic and ethical standards for each student, and our school's motto, "Let there be joy in learning," guides all community members. Town students graduate as well-rounded emerging scholars and citizens who are articulate, resilient, morally responsible, and committed to a path of lifelong learning.  We now seek an experienced educator to serve as Assistant Head of our newly consolidated Lower and Nursery School. Reporting to the Head of Lower School and Nursery, the new appointee will build on our school's history of excellence and collaborate with us on future possibilities.The Salary Range for this position is $125,000-$145,000.
