Located in Douglasville, Georgia -- a vibrant community 20 miles west of Atlanta -- Harvester Christian Academy is seeking a visionary and spiritually grounded leader to serve as the next Head of School.  

For more than 37 years, Harvester has cultivated a legacy of spiritual development and academic rigor, fostering a close-knit family atmosphere where students grow in mind, body, and spirit. With an enrollment exceeding 350 students in grades K through 12, Harvester is guided by five core pillars: leadership, scholarship, worship, sportsmanship, and fellowship. Harvester is committed to providing a Christ-centered education that prepares students to lead and serve in their communities and beyond. 

The Head of School will play a pivotal role in shaping Harvester’s future by providing strategic vision, financial stewardship, and Christ-centered leadership. This individual will need to inspire stakeholders, develop and implement a clear long-term plan, build strong relationships across the school and the West Georgia community, further develop the school’s financial position, and inspire excellence in academics and extracurricular programs.
